Try gently wiggling the tray while pressing the eject button. If that fails, use a straightened paperclip to manually eject it. There's a small hole near the eject button for just this purpose!

You could also try giving it a light tap on the top while pressing the eject button. Sometimes a little percussive maintenance goes a long way!

Unplug your Xbox 360, press the eject button a few times to reset the mechanism, and then plug it back in and try again.
