To snag yourself a submarine in GTA 5's story mode, you gotta head over to the Sonar Collections Dock over on the west coast of Blaine County. Save up $250,000 because that's what it'll cost ya to buy the dock. Once you do, the submarine spawns there for free. Dive into the ocean depths and enjoy!

Honestly? Getting the submarine feels like a bit of a letdown. Better to spend your GTA dollars on fast cars and helicopters. But if you really want it, just buy the Sonar Collections Dock.
