You need to open up the Monkey boxes during the Monkey Fairground event to find a Toy Monkey! Keep an eye out for when the event returns, and get those boxes rolling!

I scored mine during the last Monkey Fairground event! You had to open those special Monkey Boxes. Just gotta wait for that event to come back!
