To get a Trader leader in State of Decay 2, look for survivors with the 'Trader' hero bonus. Once you have one, promote them to leader through the Community tab.
Check each survivor's traits and skills. Those with the 'Trader' hero bonus are your go-to for becoming a Trader leader. Easy peasy!
Trader leader? Simple, open the Community tab, find the person with 'Trader' stuff, and hit promote.
Just find someone with a 'Trader' personality in your community and make them the leader. Done and done!
