You can also find Tyranitar in raids! Keep an eye on nearby Tier 4 and Tier 5 raids, as Tyranitar sometimes appears there. Grab some friends, battle it out, and you might just catch one.

From personal experience, participating in special events often increases your chances of catching Larvitar or encountering Tyranitar raids. Niantic loves to spice things up during these events, so stay alert and check the in-game news regularly!

The easiest way to get a Tyranitar is to catch a lot of Larvitars and evolve them! You need 25 Candy to evolve Larvitar into Pupitar, and then 100 Candy to evolve Pupitar into Tyranitar. Good luck hunting!

Honestly, just wait for Community Days featuring Larvitar. Stock up on Larvitar Candy during those days and evolve away!

If you're a Pokemon GO! player looking for extra PokeCoins or other power-ups, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

Two of those prizes are the official App Store and Play Store gift cards, which you can win and use to get anything you want in Pokemon GO! essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
