From personal experience, I can tell you that running through the Alert missions frequently featured in the game got me a bunch of aura mods. Just keep an eye on the alerts and participate whenever you can!
Join Syndicates! Once you level up with them, they'll offer you aura mods among other rewards. Plus, it's always fun to represent your favorite Syndicate!
Quick tip: You can sometimes find them in the Trade Chat. If you got some Platinum to spare, players often sell rare aura mods there!
