Honestly, aside from tweaking some settings, there's not much you can do. Roblox is kinda locked at 60 FPS for now.

Use a frame rate unlocker tool like the FPS Unlocker. It allows Roblox to go above the 60 FPS cap. Make sure your device can handle the extra load though!

In my experience, adjusting your computer's performance settings to 'High Performance' can also give you that extra frame boost in Roblox.
