To get accessories to show up in Bloxburg, you need to equip them in Roblox first! Go to your Avatar in the Roblox menu, put on the accessories you want, and then they should appear when you enter Bloxburg.
From personal experience, I found that sometimes it takes a few minutes for the accessories to load in Bloxburg after equipping them in the Roblox menu. Just be patient and they should show up!
If your accessories aren’t showing up, it might be a glitch—just try rejoining the game.
