You can't get admin commands in every Roblox game unless the game creator gives them to you or uses a public admin script like HD Admin. Otherwise, you're out of luck!

As someone who tried this many times, I can confirm: You need the game creator's permission for admin commands, or you can find games that use public admin scripts like HD Admin.
