The best way to farm affinity is by doing Sanctuary Onslaught missions. Fast-paced, lots of enemies, plus it's super fun. Trust me, you'll level up quickly.
Join squads and stay close to your teammates to share their kills and maximize your affinity gains. Also, don't forget to equip an Affinity Booster if you have one.
Honestly, just play the game a lot. Affinity comes naturally the more you shoot, slash, and blow stuff up.
