To get an alien in Infinity Craft, you need to build a Space Observatory and then mine rare meteorite shards. Combine the shards to craft an Alien Signal Beacon. Place the beacon, and an alien should appear!

Just build the Space Observatory, gather meteorite shards, and craft the Alien Signal Beacon. Worked for me!
