To collect all Cuttlegear in Splatoon 2, you need to complete the Octo Expansion DLC. Once you've completed all 80 levels, you'll find the gear waiting for you as a reward. It's a fun challenge, and you'll look awesome wearing it in battles. Happy splatting!
