Catch a bunch of Eevees and use specific items or conditions to evolve them! Water Stone for Vaporeon, Thunder Stone for Jolteon, Fire Stone for Flareon, high friendship during the day for Espeon, high friendship at night for Umbreon, a Leaf Stone for Leafeon, an Ice Stone for Glaceon, and level it up with high friendship while knowing a Fairy-type move for Sylveon. You'll need to collect multiple Eevees and then use different evolution stones or meet certain conditions. Evolution stones will get you Vaporeon, Jolteon, and Flareon. For Espeon and Umbreon, level up your Eevee with high friendship during the day or night, respectively. Leafeon and Glaceon require specific locations or stones in newer games. Sylveon needs high friendship and a Fairy-type move.

Just catch lots of Eevees and use different stones or conditions to evolve them into all the forms. Easy peasy!
Pro tip: Use Pokémon GO to get all the Eeveelutions quickly. Name your Eevee specific names before evolving it (Sparky for Jolteon, Rainer for Vaporeon, etc.) and you'll get the one you want.
