How to Get All Masterpieces in Super Smash Bros. Brawl
To unlock all Masterpieces, make sure you've played through the Subspace Emissary and have unlocked all characters. You can then access them via the Vault.

Just go to the Vault from the main menu, select Masterpieces, and voila! They're all there waiting for you.
You don't need to do anything special! All the Masterpieces are available right from the start in the Vault menu.
