To get all types of Haki in Blox Fruits, start by leveling up and completing quests. Observation Haki is found at Sky Island; NPC Usopp can teach you if you're level 300+. For Armament Haki, known as Enhancement, buy it from Rayleigh at the Frozen Village for 25,000 Beli. Lastly, Conqueror’s Haki isn't available in the game as of now.
