Unfortunately, you can't get all Valorant agents just by having the game pass. Agents are unlocked by earning experience points (XP) through playing matches or by purchasing them directly with Valorant Points (VP), which you can buy with real money. However, each new account gets enough VP to unlock two agents right off the bat, and as you play, you'll complete agent contracts to unlock more.
Actually, there's no 'game pass' that lets you unlock all agents in Valorant. You gotta grind through each agent's contract or open your wallet and buy Valorant Points to get 'em faster. Pro tip: keep an eye out for promotions or events from Riot Games where they sometimes offer agents or VP!
