Easiest way? Hit up any Ammu-Nation store. They're all over the map. Just walk in, browse the goods, and stock up on whatever ammo you need. If you've got the cash, they've got the supplies.
If you're feeling lazy and got some in-game cash to blow, you can use your phone to buy ammo. Select the 'Internet' option, go to the 'Money and Services' tab, and hit up the Ammu-Nation online store. You can restock all weapons with a single click!
Another fun method is looting! After a good ol' shootout, make sure to run over those red and green boxes dropped by NPCs. They're practically gifts of ammo and health. Also, check inside police vans, they're often loaded with goodies.
Not to be that guy, but if ammo's always a problem, maybe work on that aim? Less wasted bullets, less time hunting for ammo. Just saying.
