Head over to Cetus and talk to the Quills, or go to Fortuna and visit Vox Solaris. They have everything you need for crafting Amps. Easy as pie!

Honestly, just go to Cetus or Fortuna and talk to the vendors there. You got this!

To get an Amp in Warframe, you'll need to visit the Quills in Cetus or Vox Solaris in Fortuna. Complete quests like 'Saya's Vigil' to get started with the Quills or progress in the main storyline to unlock access to Fortuna. Once unlocked, you can craft Amps using parts purchased from these vendors.

Do the quests that unlock the Quills in Cetus or Vox Solaris in Fortuna. Then just farm the necessary resources and start crafting!
