Easiest way is to farm them on Saturn (specifically, General Sargas Ruk) or Ceres (try missions like Gabii). Happy farming, Tenno!

I've had the best luck in assassination missions, especially against General Sargas Ruk on Saturn. Keep at it and you'll get those cells in no time!
Forget the grind, just ask your clan mates! Most of them have plenty of spare Orokin Cells.
