You'll need to have Angel V3 awakened and finish the Temple of Time quest to unlock Angel V4! Good luck, it's worth it!

To get Angel V4 in Blox Fruits, first awaken the V3 version by completing the Alchemist鈥檚 quest and finding the special flower. Then complete the V4 challenge at the Temple of Time.
