You can get Animo Nav Beacons by completing Corpus Spy Missions! Look for the ones with a higher level; they drop more often there.

Honestly, just farm the Corpus enemies on Jupiter. They'll drop Animo Nav Beacons pretty frequently if you run those missions a few times.
