Getting the Ankh Charm in Terraria is like going on a treasure hunt across your whole world! You gotta gather 11 different items from various enemies and events before you can craft it. These items are the Nazar, Bezoar, Adhesive Bandage, Blindfold, Fast Clock, Megaphone, Trifold Map, Armor Bracing, Medicated Bandage, Countercurse Mantra, and The Plan. Each comes from specific enemies or biomes, so be ready to travel everywhere from the Corruption/Crimson to the Hallow, and even fight during Solar Eclipses or in the Jungle. Once you've collected all these, hit a Tinkerer's Workshop and combine them into the Ankh Charm. It's a grind, but totally worth it for that sweet immunity to almost all debuffs!
