You gotta run Empyrean missions in Veil Proxima and look out for Sentient Anomalies. Finish off the big Sentient ship and boom, anomaly shards!

Just jump into Railjack missions until you see that anomaly detected message. Destroy the Sentient Anomaly ship, and you got your shards!

I farmed anomaly shards by focusing on Veil Proxima missions in my Railjack. Those Sentient Anomalies pop up, and it's shard heaven. Turn and burn, Tenno!
