Sorry, getting houses for free isn't a thing in The Sims FreePlay. But hey, earning those Simoleons and LP is half the fun, right?
From my experience, grinding for Simoleons and LP by doing quests and events is the best way, although it takes a bit longer. Patience pays off!
Just play the game and enjoy it as it is. No shortcuts are available for getting houses for free.
