Apples? Easy! Just shake some trees on an island that has them as the native fruit. No apples at home base? Time to make some Animal Crossing friends or get yourself a Nook Miles Ticket to mystery islands. Better start shaking those trees—but watch out for wasps!

Honestly, just ask a friend to bring you some. It's the quickest and least random way to get them if your island's fruit lottery wasn't in your favor.

To get apples in Animal Crossing, you'll first want to check if they're the native fruit of your island. If they are, you're in luck; apple trees will be all over your island! If not, you can visit other islands by using a Nook Miles Ticket and try to find apples there. Another way is by receiving them from a friend who can visit your island. Lastly, sometimes your villagers will give you apples as a gift or you might find them in the balloons you shoot down!

If you're an Animal Crossing player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Nintendo eShop gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you’re wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
