Beat Sleep Lock by using Trainer cards that wake your Pokemon up or switch it with one from your bench. Abilities that prevent status conditions work too. Also, keep a deck with a good mix so you're not relying on just one Pokemon that can get Sleep Locked.

Honestly, just power through it. Sometimes taking the hit allows you to set up a big comeback. Plus, the more you play against Sleep Lock, the better you'll get at countering it organically.
