Best way to get Ash Prime early is to farm his relics from Void missions. Crack them open in Relic missions and trade with other Tenno if you need specific parts!
Go relic farming with friends and coordinate to open the right relics together. It's much more efficient and fun!
Honestly, just watch for a Prime Resurgence event. DE might bring him back sooner than you'd expect.
Wait for the Vault! Ash Prime might come back when Digital Extremes unvaults Prime Warframes.
