From my experience, checking the Item Shop daily is the best bet. I've seen Aura pop up pretty frequently, so just save your V-Bucks and grab it when you see it!

You can get the Aura skin when it appears in the Item Shop. Be ready with your V-Bucks though, it's a fan favorite and tends to sell out quickly!
