How to Get Back Deleted Instagram Messages
You can try downloading your data from Instagram. Go to Settings > Security > Download Data, and you'll get a file with all your info, including messages.

Once a message is deleted, it's gone forever. Best to screenshot or back up important chats next time!
From personal experience, reaching out to the person you were chatting with can help. Sometimes they still have the messages you lost.
