Just a heads up: recovering deleted messages directly from Instagram isn't possible. Keep backups in mind for the future!
Unfortunately, once you delete a message on Instagram, it's gone for good. Consider backing up important messages next time!
If you truly need those messages back, Instagram has a Data Download feature that might contain your chats. Go to Settings > Security > Download Data.
