From personal experience, once you leave Asgore's house post-battle, it’s exit only. Remember to explore thoroughly on your next playthrough!
You can't go back to Asgore's house after you've completed the Neutral Route. Time for a new adventure!
Try resetting the game or loading an earlier save file. Once you go back to a previous save, you should be able to reenter.
