Sometimes it's just a glitch! Try logging out and logging back in, or clear your app data/cache. Worked like a charm for me!
Check your account settings. Sometimes restrictions are imposed due to policy violations, so review any notifications from Facebook.
Just give it time. Facebook sometimes temporarily disables Marketplace for account reviews. It should come back soon!
