Contact Snapchat Support if you both sent Snaps but the streak disappeared anyway. They can sometimes restore it.

To get your Snapchat streak back, both you and your friend need to send a Snap (not a chat) to each other within 24 hours. If it's been less than 24 hours since you lost it, look for the hourglass emoji and hurry!
