Just farm Sand Elementals during sandstorms after Hardmode is activated. Ancient Horn drops, and boom, Basilisk mount. Easy peasy.

Trust me, those Sand Elementals won't know what hit 'em. Took me a few tries, but nabbed my Ancient Horn during the first sandstorm I braved. The Basilisk is speedy and totally worth the hustle!

Getting the Basilisk mount in Terraria is like finding a needle in a desert haystack, but cooler! You gotta defeat Sand Elementals in a Hardmode desert during a sandstorm. These gritty foes drop Ancient Horns with a 1/6 chance, which is your golden ticket to summoning the Basilisk mount. So, slap on some sunscreen, maybe not, and get ready for a sandy showdown!
