Look out for those little critters especially when a Stick Bug Challenge ends. They usually appear in pairs hopping around the fields.
Just chase after them in the fields! They spawn randomly, but they show up more often during events. Gotta be quick though, they don't stick around!
Honestly, I rarely see Bean Bugs. You might have better luck just focusing on other quests. Just my two cents!
