Just fly over to Guru's House, complete his quests, and then challenge Mira. Easy as pie!
You gotta go through the 'Rift Quest' in the game to unlock Beast form. Start by visiting Guru's House, then complete all the missions given by him. Once you do, you'll get the chance to unlock it after fighting and defeating Final Form Mira.
Pro tip: Stock up on healing items before facing Final Form Mira. He's no joke!
