It's almost impossible to become an admin in Bedwars unless you're already a part of the game's staff. Admin permissions are typically reserved for developers and trusted team members only.
Short answer: You don't. It's not something you can achieve through gameplay or requesting.
I tried contacting the developers once about becoming an admin. They explained that admin rights are strictly for the team members and moderators they trust.
