You can get a bell by crafting it with iron ingots and wood. Just combine 3 ingots and 1 wooden plank in the crafting table!
You can always trade with villagers. Sometimes they have them available, but it might cost you some emeralds.
Why craft when you can loot? Raiding dungeons can sometimes yield bells as random drops. Go on an adventure!
