Just farm the heck out of the special event stages! They often have a much higher drop rate for Bells.

To get Bells in Dragon Ball Legends, your best bet is to participate in the various events鈥攅specially those during special celebrations! Keep an eye on the in-game notices for details!
IMO, Bells barely matter compared to grinding Chrono Crystals. Just focus on that!
