First off, lowering your graphics settings is the go-to move. Drop shadows, textures, and effects to lower settings. Also, turn off v-sync in the game settings; it can cap your FPS. If you've got an NVIDIA card, tweak settings in the NVIDIA Control Panel for Apex. Set Power Management to 'Prefer maximum performance' and Texture filtering to 'High performance'. And yeah, update those drivers, always helps!
Honestly, it's all about the hardware. If you're serious about upping those frames, consider upgrading your GPU. That's the real game changer.
