First hand tip: Grind for those Quill and Vox Solaris Standing! They have some seriously OP upgrades for your Operator weapons. Did that and my damage output skyrocketed!

Just get through The War Within quest and focus on farming Eidolon shards. You'll need them for upgrading your Amps. Simple as that.
