Big fish? Just look for big shadows in the water and cross your fingers. It's more about luck than anything.

Guys, don't forget the bait! Crafting fish bait with manila clams you dig up on the beach can really increase your chances. Throw it into the water where you see big fish shadows. I've caught some of my biggest fish this way, works like a charm every time.

Catching those big fish in Animal Crossing: New Horizons isn't just about luck; it's about strategy. First off, make sure you're fishing at the right spots! Rivers, ocean shores, and the mouths of rivers are hot spots for the bigger fish. Next, time of day and weather play a huge role. Some fish only appear during certain times and weather conditions, so keep an eye on those. And don't forget: the bigger the shadow in the water, the bigger the fish could be, so cast your line for those especially! Lastly, patience is key; keep your line in the water and be ready to reel in when you see that bobber dip!

If you're an Animal Crossing player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Nintendo eShop gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
