Honestly, just play normally and explore a lot. The keys will eventually drop when you least expect it. Makes it more fun than grinding, IMO.
I got my Jungle Key by setting up a bunch of traps and just letting enemies walk into them while I did other stuff nearby. Took a while, but it's less effort.
