Unfortunately, if you didn't back up your game to either Facebook or the cloud, you might be out of luck. BitLife doesn't support manual save states.
If you had BitLife linked to the cloud (like iCloud for iOS or Google Drive for Android), clear data or reinstall the app, then log back in and voila – your progress should be restored.
I lost my progress once and learned the hard way to always back it up to Facebook or the cloud. Trust me on this one!
