Make sure your phone is in dark mode, then open Instagram and it will automatically adapt to the dark theme. Easy peasy!
For Android, head to Settings > Display > Dark theme. On iOS, go to Settings > Display & Brightness > Dark. Instagram will follow your system setting!
if the above doesn't work, update ur app! Some older versions don't support dark mode.
