Just save up 1 million Beli and find Sanji V2 in Zou Island. Easy peasy, lemon squeezy.
Make sure you have 1 million Beli saved up! Once you have enough Beli, head over to 'Zou' Island and seek out Sanji V2. He'll upgrade your Black Leg to V2 if you meet his requirements.
I upgraded my Black Leg to V2 by heading to Zou Island and paying Sanji V2 1 million Beli. It was well worth it!
