To get Blind Betrayal in Fallout 4, you gotta play through the Brotherhood of Steel questline. After you complete the quests 'Liberty Reprimed' and 'Tactical Thinking', Blind Betrayal should automatically start. Make sure to chat with Elder Maxson on the Prydwen to kick things off!
