Just reinstall Blitz. Works every time for me. It's like turning it off and on again but with extra steps.
Make sure your antivirus isn't blocking Blitz! I had the same problem until I realized my antivirus saw it as a threat. Added an exception for Blitz and boom, worked like a charm.
Honestly, just use the game's native features. Valorant's built-in tools are good enough and less hassle than dealing with overlays.
