Getting blue hearts in Terraria, or Life Fruit as they're officially known, is like a treasure hunt in the jungle biome! Once you've defeated at least one of the three mechanical bosses (The Twins, The Destroyer, or Skeletron Prime), these shiny, heart-shaped goodies start spawning in the Underground Jungle. You gotta keep an eye out for 'em as they're kinda hidden among the greenery but glow a bit. Just smash the Life Fruit with a pickaxe or drill, and boom, you get an extra 5 health per heart, maxing out at 500. Happy hunting!
