Getting blue hearts in Terraria's Calamity mod is all about finding and using Life Fruits, which spawn in the jungle biome after you defeat any mechanical boss. They look like small, yellow hearts and increase your health permanently. However, to turn those hearts blue, you need to grab yourself an item called the 'Fruit of Life', which the mod adds. It gives the player an extra 25 life points, turning a heart blue for each use, up to a max of 10 times! So, get ready to brave the jungle, beat those bosses, and start your hunt for Life Fruits and the Fruit of Life to boost your health and get those coveted blue hearts.

Eh, blue hearts are overrated. Focus on your gear; better offense is the best defense in Calamity.

Blue hearts, you ask? Just beat the mechanical bosses and farm those Life Fruits in the jungle. That's your ticket.
